About This Blog

I am Joe Little, a 39 year old 6' 2" tall 300 pound man living in Mississippi. Recently I was diagnosed as having "Complicated Migraines". This is a quick and dirty blog to track my migraines over the course of the next few months to see if there are any patterns that can help my neurologist determine if I have any specific triggers to my migraines. Additionally if my pain can help others figure out what is going on with their eyes, neck, scalp and brain all's the better!
